So lately I have been mulling over my production company name. I want to have my own Production company, and so I have been trying to figure its name out. On the flip side, I am an artist on other levels, I knit, I take photographs, and with in the month I will be learning Chainmaille. I really wanted different areas represented in the name. So in figuring everything out and also beeing at work, I took a moment a drew a card. It was the Magician. I laughed because it was very telling of who I am and what I was up too. Then today I stuble apon those crazy tests that you take online. This one was What Tarot Card are you. I took the quiz::
You are The MagicianSkill, wisdom, adaptation. Craft, cunning, depending on dignity. Eleoquent and charismatic both verbally and in writing, you are clever, witty, inventive and persuasive. The Magician is the male power of creation, creation by willpower and desire. In that ancient sense, it is the ability to make things so just by speaking them aloud. Reflecting this is the fact that the Magician is represented by Mercury. He represents the gift of tongues, a smooth talker, a salesman. Also clever with the slight of hand and a medicine man - either a real doctor or someone trying to sell you snake oil. What Tarot Card are You?
Yeah... its like that.... Tags:

Sorry for the lack of comunication lately. Life has just been so busy with my husband and I celebrating our second anniversary, and getting the house ready for the baby, and the ever changing onslaught of physical changes one goes through beeing pregnant. Its all worth it. I cant wait to teach my child about nature and take the little monkey to the zoo and just get to view life, through new exciting eyes.
On the witchy side of the world... I have really been putting spell work on the back burner because I just dont know what I can (sometimes smells get to you, so incense and candle work kinda knock you out) do right now. I cant mess with herbs either due to the "unknown" of it all...
I think thats why I'm happy to stick with crystals, my tarot deck... and such...
I'll try to post some zoo pictures and a card reading with in the nextt 24-48 hours. Thanks for the understanding! Tags:

Juggling life is something I think I was born to do. You see in the past 5 years I have gone from being the fresh face college kid living at home with her mom and brother to being the woman who makes two families roll.
I now live two-story 3 bedrooms, one bath; house on top of a hill. I live with my super creative husband of two years, two dogs and two cats. I work the night shift at a local TV News Station. Everyday is nowhere near the same. Every Sunday I run across town to take care of my 56-year-old mom, who is a retired art teacher of 30 years. To look at her you would have no idea she needs help. To talk to her you would have no idea either. She has MS and other then it affecting her eyes she's super healthy. She resides in the home I grew up in, with my 20-year-old brother and the head of the household, Georgia the Siamese cat. I give my mom shots ever Sunday, on my days off; I take her for errands, or have meals with her. She is my best friend; in fact the entire family gets along incredibly well. In March of '07 our life took us all for a loop. My mom suffered a heart attack in her sleep, and when she was wheeled into the ER she was basically in a coma. Eight days later she was wheeled back out and aloud to come home much to everyone pleasant surprise with little to no residual issues. We don't do hospitals... She has more meds that I take care of and her short-term memory is a bit shoddy. We work through it and we know it will be okay. I'm super glad that my brother lives at the house, and I think he does too. I am blessed with an incredibly loving husband who some how gets what and why I do what I do with my family and my job. I'm so glad to have him because our life is going to add another ball to the juggling act... In October we will be expecting our first child. And neither one of us can wait. Even if right now, it doesn't seem real... it will soon enough. I'm so lucky that my child will enter a world full of love. Tags:
